Spadina Garden has recently renovated their restaurant. They serve excellent spicy peanut chicken, house special fried noodles, and dry shredded beef. I totally agree with what you said. Two Thumbs Up.

Agree with London – this place is great and very “user-friendly” for those who don’t like to experiment with the food on Chinatown or Dim Sum menus! Next time I’ll ask for all the dishes to be served at the same time – otherwise a definite 10 out of 10 on the overall quality and experience.

As the name implies i am from out of town and went to Spadina Garden on the recommendation of this site. 5 others joined me 3 of whom were from Austria. Let me just start with the comment from the Austrian who had lived 2 years in China – he said and i quote ” This is worth flying over the ocean just to eat at this restaurant.”

And wow was it good, from the peanut chicken to the crispy chilli chicken to the Hunan beef – this placed rocked the pallette.
The only set back was the service was kinda mediocre – something that i could live with just to eat at this place. The food was on our tables plenty fast.

Great suggestion Foodhogger.
